Accessibility statement

General description of the service
Talnovia is a digital recruitment consultancy. The website informs companies and candidates about recruitment, industries, professional fields and vacancies. Users can search for jobs, submit applications and enquiries and – after signing in – manage their profile and other recruitment functions.
Using the service
- Public content and vacancies can be accessed without signing in.
- Applications, contact requests and search assignments are submitted through labelled online forms.
- Account areas help candidates and companies manage their details and processes.
- Talnovia can be used with browser zoom, a keyboard and common assistive technologies.
Meeting accessibility requirements
We align the website with the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and its implementing regulation (BFSGV). We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at conformance level AA as our technical benchmark.
- semantic headings, landmarks, form labels and understandable status messages
- keyboard operation of interactive elements and clearly visible focus indicators
- sufficient colour contrast, scalable text and responsive layouts without a forced device orientation
- text alternatives for informative images and decorative treatment of purely ornamental graphics
- support for the system preference to reduce motion
- a skip link to the main content, consistent navigation and descriptive link text
- optional display aids for text size, contrast, motion and link identification
Conformance status
Representative public page types are automatically tested against WCAG 2.1 A and AA; the latest checks found no serious or critical violations. Automated tests cannot detect every barrier. Manual testing of complex forms, dialogs and signed-in account areas is being expanded continuously. This statement is therefore not a certification of complete WCAG conformance.
Preparation of this information
This information was prepared on 2 October 2026 based on a self-assessment using automated tests, source-code reviews and manual samples. It is updated after material changes to the website and further testing.
Report barriers and request support
If you encounter a barrier or need information in another format, please contact us. If possible, include the affected page, the action you were taking and the device or assistive technology used.
