Talnovia grew out of the recruiting team of the 2Brands group, founded in 2019. We learned to find great people by hiring them for our own companies: fast, personal, without the baggage of traditional recruitment agencies.

We work success-based: a fee is only due upon a successful placement, with no upfront costs and no retainer. Until then, the search, outreach and pre-selection are on us.

How quickly do we see the first candidates?

The initial briefing takes place within 24 hours, and the first matching profiles usually land on your desk after 5 to 7 days, pre-screened and with an honest assessment.

What happens if the placed person leaves early?

That is covered by our 6-month replacement guarantee: if a placed person leaves the company within the first six months, we refill the position.

Do you only place permanent positions?

No. Besides permanent placement we also cover needs with experienced freelancers and contractors, for projects, cover and workload peaks, with an option to convert to a permanent hire if you wish.

How do you make sure candidates really fit?

We start with a real briefing on role, team and culture, pre-screen every profile in a structured way and only introduce candidates we stand behind. You receive a curated shortlist instead of a pile of applications, including a clear recommendation.

Can we search confidentially?

Yes. On request we advertise your position anonymously, without your company being identifiable. Candidates only learn your name once you have approved the introduction.
