Talnovia grew out of the recruiting team of the 2Brands group, founded in 2019. We learned to find great people by hiring them for our own companies: fast, personal, without the baggage of traditional recruitment agencies.

We now open up this experience of more than six years to companies that want the same results.

What does the placement cost me?

Nothing. For candidates our work is always free, from the first conversation to the signed contract. Our fee is paid exclusively by the company that hires.

How does the process work?

You apply for a position or on spec. We then get to know each other in a conversation, match your profile with suitable mandates and only introduce you to a company with your consent. We accompany you through interviews and negotiation until you sign.

Will my current employer find out about my search?

No. Your profile is never shared without your explicit consent, and we never introduce you to your current employer. Discretion is the foundation of our work.

Do I need an account to apply?

No, you can apply without an account. With a free account, however, your details are pre-filled, you track the status of your applications, save jobs to your shortlist and automatically receive matching positions by email.

There is no matching job online right now. What next?

Apply on spec and join our talent pool. We continuously match your profile with new mandates, many of which are never advertised publicly. You can also set up a job alert and get notified by email as soon as something fits.

What happens to my data?

We work in full GDPR compliance: your data is only stored with your consent and only shared with a company after your approval. In your account you can view your data at any time and delete your profile completely.
